Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
Payment was successful but order not confirmed
Product is unavailable
Order is canceled before dispatch
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Minor color or design variations
Damage caused after delivery

Replacement Instead of Refund
For fully damaged products, replacement will be provided instead of refund, subject to approval.
